The user had created a Marimekko Chart and had set some bars as Placeholders. She was wondering why it appeared as if the Placeholder bars were still displaying the top border.
The issue here is that the Marimekko chart contains a full chart border. When we set a bar as a placeholder, it does not remove the border on the entire chart. The way to fix the problem is to remove the chart border. To do this, go to Format--Chart-- Border and select None.

1. You can install a third party .pdf writer, like CutePDF Writer.

2. If you uninstall Mekko Graphics 5 and install the version currently available for download on our website, you should not have issues on any charts created after the new version is installed. I'm a little confused with the new licensing model. In the "buy" section it is stated that the license is now for the user and not the machine, so I can use the software in both my office and home computer. However, on the previous model (perpetual) you had to install/uninstall your software if you wanted to use different computers.




I haven't found any explanation on how it works now and I just want to be sure that I can use the software in both computers.
