Sales Pipeline Analysis
For many companies, closely tracking the sales pipeline improves sales performance. The Growth Share Matrix was developed by a leading consulting firm and is used primarily to help companies plan their product portfolio. The matrix shows the relative market share of products in the context of the overall market growth rate. Knowledge Management Associates, developers of Mekko Graphics, has recently completed several client engagements using Mekko Graphics as the basis for building a custom PowerPoint environment. These clients now have the tools to standardize presentations across the organization. Custom toolbars embedded in PowerPoint launch charts and features that have been selected by the client as standard for their company. At the click of a button, the user launches a PowerPoint chart the meets all corporate standards.
