Product Purchase
With Mekko Graphics 4, we are introducing a Volume License Program. To quality for our Volume License Program, you must have purchased a minimum of five licenses.

To participate in the Volume License Program, please provide Knowledge Management Associates (KMA) with one administrative contact and one technical contact. Upgrade Assurance Plan
Volume licensed customers have the option to purchase Upgrade Assurance. Knowledge Management Associates ("KMA") Upgrade Assurance is a 12-month upgrade program available to all Volume Licensed customers. (The twelve-month clock commences on date of purchase of a Volume License Product.) It is designed to provide you with the latest upgrades (including significant feature enhancements) to the most current version of the purchased software at no additional charge. The Upgrade Assurance Program will be available through our resellers or KMA directly by clicking on the link below beginning December, 2006.

Proof of purchase (through serial number of software product) will be required upon any purchase or renewal of the Upgrade Assurance Program.
Activation: All Upgrade Assurance Programs purchased from a reseller or through KMA directly must be activated by contacting KMA (support@mekkographics.com) within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Activation requires that the customer provide all serial numbers of the licenses for which the Upgrade Assurance Program was purchased and names of authorized contacts that will be using the Upgrade Assurance Program. KMA Upgrade Assurance Programs that are not activated will expire one year from the date of purchase of a Volume License Product.

Once upgrade assurance is purchased for a product, it must also be purchased for any additional licenses of the product going forward.
Support
For volume license users, support is provided via a technical contact; otherwise registration is mandatory.
For Paid support, volume purchasers have two options:

Administrative support is separate from Mekko support and includes the creation of reports related to a client's license purchase and usage. An administrative support incident costs $69 per report.
