add formulas to Data Editor to compute Amazon Revenue and All Others
in Series tab of Bars and Series dialog, do not show Amazon Share and Total Market Size and show Amazon Ranking as data row
Sort Bars with widest on left
show percentages in segment labels
format bar totals to show as $B
show legend and move to top of chart
color series with Amazon corporate orange and black
adjust margins and move labels in cloud computing bar
