- copy the data from Apple financial statement into Excel add columns for change between Q1 2020 and Q1 2021, and % growth
- create a waterfall chart in PowerPoint based on Excel data range
- use Switch Bars and Series to treat rows as bars
- in Format Bars and Series, show data rows
- sort bars from biggest to smallest (excluding first bar)
- add axis break and bar comparison line
- apply number formats to bar totals, bar comparison line and data rows
- hide x and y axes and add segment links
- adjust internal chart margins and click off autowrap to display data row headers on single line
