CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) values represent a series rate of change over time. Its value is the year-over-year growth rate applied to an investment or other part of a company's activities over a multiple-year period. The formula for calculating CAGR is (Current Value/Base Value)^(1/# of years) - 1.

CAGRs are displayed as a data column to the right of the chart. The CAGR formula calculation is now supported by Mekko Graphics and is

 =CAGR(BeginAMT, EndAMT, Years)
