How do I share chart data with colleagues who don't use Mekko Graphics?

If you send a presentation to a colleague who is not a Mekko Graphics subscriber, Mekko Graphics charts will appear as images in PowerPoint. You have 2 options to make it easier for your colleague.

  1. If your colleague needs to edit data or chart formats, your colleague can download a free, 30-day trial of Mekko Graphics.
  2. If your colleague needs to view chart data, export it to an Excel file.

Exporting the data to Excel

First, open your PowerPoint presentation and select "Export charts to Excel" from the Mekko Graphics ribbon.

Next, you will be prompted to create a file name and destination. This file will include a sheet for each slide in your presentation where a Mekko Graphics chart appears.
