  • Display Problem after Upgrading MAC OS to Sonoma version does not render MekkoGraphics chart completely
Known Issues

Issues observed post-MAC OS version upgraded to Sonoma

  • Chart tooltips reversed
  • The selected date’s Format is not visible in the Preference Manager and Format Chart task pane.
  • Bullets Level2 and Level 3 drop down is blank to select from Preference Manager and Format Chart task pane.
  • During chart creation, if the laptop is slow, the chart would reverse for fraction of seconds until respective data editor is displayed.
  • During chart insertion user might encounter an error if MekkoGraphics related apps doesn't have full permission. Please enable system Settings->Privacy & Security-> Full Disk Access permission.

Note: This release is free to Mekko Graphics customers with active annual subscriptions. There is no free upgrade for perpetual license customers (e.g., customers who purchased on or before February 1, 2012). Click here for more information
