  • The Mekko Graphics Support inbox has been retired as part of the move away from email-to-case creation.
  • The Email Support option in Mekko Graphics is now replaced with a Contact Support button.
  • Users are redirected to central.insightsoftware.com.
  • This change ensures centralized support handling and faster response times.
